Maharajah Jungle Trek at Disney’s Animal Kingdom has new decorative shutters in the tiger enclosure, featuring panels you can open to look through.

The shutters are on a pair of windows across from the main viewing windows. A Cast Member is often stationed in this area to teach guests about the animals.

The shutters are weathered to match the rest of the area’s theming. Previously, there were just solid brown shutters in this area. Each shutter features four panels with a painted image of a tiger.

You can open these panels and look through the glass into the back of the enclosure. That said, you’ll probably just see grass and trees.
