Disney has just announced that Toy Story 5 will be coming to Disney+ in late September. The film has earned over $1 billion at the box office.

On Thursday, August 27, Disney and Pixar announced on their Instagram accounts that the animated film will be available to stream on Wednesday, September 23.

In the short clip shared on social media, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Lilypad, and Smarty Pants are seen celebrating. Lilypad’s screen also reads: “Hi! Let’s play!”

The movie was released in theaters on June 19, 2026, and features “I knew it, I knew you” by Taylor Swift.

Earlier this month, it was announced that the movie will be available to purchase on digital on August 18 and Blu-ray on September 22.

Toy Story 5 has earned over $1 billion at the box office.
