Trash Can Plush Fleece Blanket – $49.99

The Trash Can Plush Fleece Blanket features the iconic trash cans (or tables of last resort) found throughout Fantasyland, Adventureland, Frontierland, and Tomorrowland in the Magic Kingdom. The trash cans are patterned vertically down the sky-blue blanket, which measures 50 inches by 60 inches.

This blanket comes at an interesting time, as new solar-powered trash cans have been making their way through Disney property, replacing those known and loved for generations by guests.

The new design of cans, which are occasionally themed to their respective locations, are capable of compacting trash using solar energy, allowing for higher-capacity waste collection. They feature a foot pedal for hands-free operation, which has proved confusing for some. To assist, Walt Disney Imagineering released an instructional video.

The Ride Vehicle Planter Plush Fleece Blanket celebrates ride vehicles of numerous Magic Kingdom attractions, including Dumbo, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, The Haunted Mansion, Mad Tea Party, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and even The Walt Disney World Railroad.

The vehicles are styled as planters, each holding a different succulent. They are patterned sporadically across the cream-colored blanket, interspersed with brown leafy branches and tiny twigs. The blanket also measures 50 inches by 60 inches.
