The Turf Club Lounge at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort has reopened after refurbishment with a new bar and furnishings.

Turf Club Lounge Refurbishment

The bar was previously just a window in the wall next to the restaurant’s entrance. It’s now a full bar that juts out of the wall, with seating around it. The walls of the lounge have been repainted. Though they are still mostly a light cream color, the wainscoting and beams are now dark brown, matching the bar’s supports.

There’s new carpet with a bridle pattern. Tile flooring around the bar is white with a gold chain pattern.

The new furniture includes beige and brown armchairs around square tables and blue tall chairs at round tables. These replace chairs with green upholstery.

Similarly, the green curtains have been replaced by black and white curtains featuring horseshoes.

The bar chairs are the same blue faux leather with dark legs. The bar has decorative tiling on the supports and lighting underneath the counter.

The back wall features horseshoe-patterned tiles.

The lounge is still decorated with framed jockey jackets. The chandeliers are the same.

Wall art, which included old board games, has been replaced with frames full of Saratoga Raceway paraphernalia: programs, ticket stubs, postcards, etc.

The menu has been overhauled. The cocktails are all new except the Mint Julep and Blood Orange Margarita.

The lunch menu also has several new items. The Giant Pretzel has become a Pretzel Charcuterie board. The Buffalo Chicken Dip and Onion Ring Tower have been removed.

The billiards table has moved out of the lounge to the other side of the building, near check-in.

The Turf Club restaurant is closed for refurbishment with walls blocking the entrance. It’s expected to open in late September.

The Turf Club Lounge is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
