Disney has shared two themed tree maquettes for Villains Land at Magic Kingdom. The land, still in its very beginning stages, was announced at the D23 event in 2024.
Themed Trees

The trees offer a glimpse at the atmosphere and visual language being developed for this new space.

The first tree pictured above has arching tree branches that create an archway, and the other looks like a monster-ish figure with long fingers for branches.
Villains Land

Disney hasn’t revealed many details of the villains-themed land since announcing it back in 2024. Previously, all we knew is that it will include two major attractions, dining, and shopping. According to the backstory, a spell has summoned the villains to the land.
Disney did release a list of villains inspiring the land, which includes Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove.
The concept art (above) seems mostly inspired by Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty including her dragon form on the left and her castle in the center.
Right now, earth is being moved and graded to prepare for future construction for the land.
