A group of guests was removed from Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland just before the final lift hill, after kids in the group were allegedly standing up in the ride vehicles.

Instagram user @dvnttrip shared the following video of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure backed up at the base of the lift hill. Two Cast Members entered the walkway alongside the vehicles and assisted a family in exiting their log ahead of the person filming. The caption reads, “@Disneyland don’t play with Your Bad A$$ Kids standing up on Tianas”.

The family did not seem to resist being removed from the ride. Comments state they were warned multiple times about standing, presumably via the ride’s announcement system.

Poster @dvnttrip also said they were kicked out of the park, adding, “when we finally got off [they were] arguing with security cause they multi-day tickets were not gonna be valid after being removed.”

Standing up on any ride can be extremely dangerous but particularly on a ride like Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, which ends with a 52 foot drop. In June, a 13-year-old who exited their log vehicle ended up falling down that drop. He was evaluated at a local hospital and released.

Then, in July, a guest was standing up, holding the ride up for 30 minutes. Cast Members removed them, and later, they attempted to get a Lightning Lane for the delay they caused.
