Walt Disney World is celebrating its 55th anniversary with limited release and limited edition pins. Walt Disney World Resort opened on October 1, 1971, in Orlando, Florida.

WDW 55th Anniversary Pins

One pin is silver, red, and light blue with Cinderella Castle on it. It also features “55” in red and “Magical Years” written on a blue ribbon and white lettering. On the very bottom, “Walt Disney World” is printed in red on another blue ribbon. This pin is a limited release and will be $21.99

The second pin is blue, red, and yellow and features Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Mickey is holding a flag that reads “Fifty Five.” “55” is in large lettering behind the two characters with “Magical Years” on the bottom in dark blue coloring. In the middle of the pin is Cinderella Castle. This is a limited edition pin and with 5,000 available.

Finally, a jumbo pin will be available. Mickey wears a blue, red, and white outfit in front of Cinderella Castle. Spaceship Earth, the Hollywood Tower Hotel, and the Tree of Life are featured in red, blue, and yellow circles. “Florida” is written in blue lettering above “Walt Disney World” at the top of the pin, while “55” is in the middle at the bottom, with “Magical Years” displayed in white lettering. This is also a limited edition pin with only 5,000 available.

These pins are expected to be released on September 15.
