The Walt Disney World website launched a new look on Thursday, August 20.
New Walt Disney World Website

Still available at disneyworld.com or disneyworld.disney.go.com, the website’s header has been simplified to just four menu options: Parks, Tickets & Passes, Places to Stay, and Dining.
In the upper right corner is access to your Disney account under My Plans, a shopping cart icon, and a search icon. The Help menu on the side offers a chat service and links to the Help Center.
Previously, the menu options were Tickets & Park, Places to Stay, Things to Do, Shop, Help & Rules, followed by the shopping cart and My Disney Experience, where guests could access their account and plans. The search was a full bar in the upper right corner.

Above is what the main page used to look like, via Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine. The shopping bar for hotels and tickets has moved from the top of the page to below the cycling photos.
There are also two options now: Hotels & Packages or Tickets & Passes. Just as before, guests can select dates, number of guests, and accessible rooms, the look is just a little different.

Scrolling down the homepage, guests will then see Special Offers. These may vary if you’re logged in, showcasing different offers if you’re a Florida resident or Annual Passholder.

The next three sections on the homepage are Explore Walt Disney World Resort, Make Plans, and Get Ready for Your Visit. Like the Special Offers, these may vary depending on where you live or what tickets you already have.

When clicking on the menu options at the top of the page, you’ll see they also have a new look. Each theme park has an icon. Below the list of parks is a menu for Park Hours & Schedules.
The Things to Do menu has moved to a sub-menu under Parks, where guests can click on Attractions & Entertainment, Character Experiences, Events & Tours, and Shops. The More to Explore sub-menu lists Disney Springs and Latest Park Merchandise.

Under Tickets & Passes, you’ll find information about tickets, Annual Passes, Lightning Lane, photo packages, and Enchanting Extras.
Places to Stay has information about hotels and Dining is where you can find details about restaurants.
The Disneyland website has not changed at the time of writing.
