One of the most powerful production Corvettes ever built has joined the General Motors vehicle showcase at the exit of Test Track in EPCOT.
Test Track Showcase: 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
The new display vehicle is a 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Coupe 3LZ finished in Blade Silver Metallic. It occupies a circular display area beneath a Corvette wordmark in the attraction’s post-show showroom.
An asymmetrical Edge Red and Carbon Flash dual racing stripe runs the full length of the car. The red stripe coordinates with bright red brake calipers, Torch Red seat belts, and an asymmetrical Adrenaline Red and Jet Black interior.
The Corvette is equipped with the ZR1 Carbon Fiber Aero Package, adding a prominent carbon-fiber high-wing spoiler, dive planes, and a tall hood spoiler. Other visible carbon-fiber elements include the front splitter, rocker panels, roof, and exterior accents.
The display car rides on 20-spoke Carbon Flash forged aluminum wheels. A split rear window, one of the signature design elements revived for the current ZR1, is visible beneath the towering rear wing.
The mid-engine ZR1 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter LT7 V8 paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. Chevrolet rates the engine at 1,064 horsepower and 828 pound-feet of torque. It is the most powerful engine installed in a production Corvette and, according to Chevrolet, the most powerful V8 produced for a production vehicle by an American automaker.
Chevrolet states that a properly equipped ZR1 can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.3 seconds and complete a quarter-mile run in 9.6 seconds at 150 mph. A standard-aerodynamics ZR1 also achieved a two-way average top speed of 233 mph during testing in Germany.
The EPCOT car includes the $4,395 ZTK Performance Track Package and the $10,495 Carbon Fiber Aero Package, which supplies its high-downforce exterior components.
Other upgrades include Carbon Fiber Interior Trim Level 2, a front-lift system with adjustable height memory, a Stealth Interior Trim Package, custom Adrenaline Red leather stitching, and mixed seating consisting of a Competition Sport bucket seat for the driver and a GT2 bucket seat for the passenger.
According to the accompanying window sticker, the Corvette ZR1 Coupe 3LZ has a standard vehicle price of $191,400. The car includes $27,700 in options, while a $1,995 destination charge brings its total listed price to $221,095.
Corvette ZR1 Track Records
The reverse side of the Corvette’s display placard highlights six high-performance lap times associated with the ZR1 (not the specific ZR1 on display, to be clear):
- Watkins Glen Long Course: 1:52.7
- Road America: 2:08.6
- Road Atlanta: 1:22.8
- Virginia International Raceway Full Course: 1:47.7
- Virginia International Raceway Grand Course: 2:32.3
- Nürburgring Nordschleife: 6:50.76
These times demonstrate the capabilities of the Corvette ZR1 model. Chevrolet detailed the five U.S. records in an official announcement. The EPCOT Corvette has the same ZR1 powertrain and ZTK Performance Package used for those runs, making it broadly similar to the record-setting configurations.
Test Track’s Vehicle Showcase
After completing Test Track’s outdoor high-speed finale, guests enter a post-show area beginning with a mural of the retro-futuristic city seen near the end of the attraction.
A curved black pathway leads through the General Motors vehicle showcase, where current GM vehicles are presented within rounded, blue-accented display areas. General Motors product specialists are available to explain features and answer questions about the vehicles.
Critically, the showcase is not itself a dealership, so park guests cannot complete a vehicle purchase on location. Interested guests can speak with a representative to begin the purchasing process, but any transaction and delivery would be handled through an authorized dealership.
The current showroom debuted with the latest reimagining of Test Track, which officially opened on July 22, 2025.
