Fun for Families with Kids has taken over the Cool Kids Summer map at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort. It has the same interior layout and information, with a few differences.

Fun for Families with Kids Animal Kingdom Map

Chip and Dale, Bluey, Nemo and Dory, Judy Hopps, and Pocahontas are the characters seen on the front of the new blue map. Bluey and Bingo, Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps, Simba, and Nemo and Crush were featured on the Cool Kids Summer map front. The Tree of Life design has remained the same. This map is specifically made for Animal Kingdom.

The new map also doesn’t come with little paper Mickey ears at the top like the Cool Kids Summer maps.

On the inside, most of the information has stayed the same. However, a Lemur training experience is no longer advertised on the Fun for Families with Kids map under the “Discovery Island Animal Care” section on the left side.

The right side has stayed the same, including kid-friendly food options and a place where kids can write their favorite animal they saw that day.

Much of the inside map has stayed the same, which includes kid-specific attractions like Zootopia: Better Together and Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station.

The back of the map, pictured above, has changed colors from neon green to light blue. It also features a game called “Match The Tracks,” where kids match the footprints to the right animal. The Cool Kids Summer map had a Bluey-themed maze.

At the bottom, kids can answer the open-ended question: “The thing I want to remember most from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park is…”
