Bob Iger (former Disney Chairman and CEO), Troy Aikman (Monday Night Football analyst), and Jim Dove (Veteran production staffer) were named to the Broadcasting Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

Bob Iger is the former Chairman and CEO of The Walt Disney Company and is currently serving as Senior Advisor and a member of Disney’s Board of Directors. Before Disney, Iger began his career at ABC in 1974, where he was with ABC Sports for 13 years. During his over two decades with The Walt Disney Company, Iger oversaw ESPN’s development into the digital streaming sphere and helped orchestrate the agreement with the NFL. Iger and his wife, Willow Bay, are also currently the controlling interest owners of the Angel City Football Club.
Troy Aikman is currently in his 25th year serving as one of the lead NFL analysts and his fifth year at ESPN. After retiring in 2001 from his career with the NFL, he spent 20 years at Fox Sports. Aikman, alongside fellow Sports Broadcasting Hall of Famer Joe Buck, has called over 400 regular-season games, over than 40 playoff matchups, 18 NFC Championship Games, and Super Bowls XXXIX, XLII, XLV, XLVIII, LI, and LIV.
Jim Dove has been at the top of the list of ESPN replay operators for almost 40 years. He has innovated and helped deliver game-changing technologies like 4K zoom, pylon goal line replays, and more. Dove is a pioneer in tape replay and on-site edit systems for programs such as Sunday Night Baseball and Monday Night Football. He is also the recipient of two Sports Emmys for SpeedWorld in 1989 and Team Technical Event in 2022. Today, he is a key part of Monday Night Football, College Football Playoffs, NHL, The Masters, Wimbledon, and US Open tennis.
The Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held on December 15 at the New York Hilton Hotel in midtown Manhattan.
