There are construction walls up in Paradise Gardens Park at Disney California Adventure for a reported restroom expansion, as well as the removal of a gazebo.

Paradise Gardens Park Construction

The construction walls are outside the Paradise Garden Grill restrooms, next to Goofy’s Sky School. They completely surround the gazebo, which in the past has housed seasonal and limited-time meet and greets like Mirabel from Encanto. When not hosting a special offering, the gazebo was used as shaded seating.

We initially thought the construction walls were related to Plaza de la Familia, which has also utilized the gazebo in the past. But the walls remained up past Plaza de la Familia’s opening.

We spoke to Cast Members in the area who said the walls are for an extension of the restrooms. For now, the restrooms are still open.

The Cast Members also said they believe the gazebo will be demolished. Though not technically confirmed, we noticed the gazebo had been removed from the digital map in the Disneyland app.
