Coral Reef Restaurant Reopens, Debuts New Shell-Studded Pavement at Walt Disney World

After revealing a reopening date earlier than anticipated, the aquatic-themed restaurant in EPCOT has officially reopened.

Coral Reef Restaurant is an eatery located next to The Seas with Nemo & Friends at EPCOT. The restaurant closed on September 8 when rolling planters went up around the entrance to the signature dining experience.

As of today, September 29, Coral Reef Restaurant has officially reopened. Some of the rolling planters are still present outside of the restaurant. We were told that during the closure, parts of the kitchen were updated, but nothing was changed front of house.

The pavement located outside of the entrance has also been updated. The pavement now has a wavy pattern, along with lots of small white shells embedded in the surface.

The menu has also remained unchanged.
