Sora from Kingdom Hearts is coming to Fortnite this week as a playable character skin.
Sora Joining Fortnite
Fortnite revealed the Sora skin in a video on social media. Sora generally looks just like he does in the Kingdom Hearts games, including his Keyblade. But instead of a Mickey Mouse charm, the blade has a Loot Llama charm.
Fortnite did not announce an exact release date for the Sora skin, only that he would be available “this week.” But a major game update is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, so Sora could be available that day.
There are rumors that Kairi, Riku, and Roxas from Kingdom Hearts will also join Fortnite.
Kingdom Hearts IV is in the works, with a trailer released earlier this year. A Kingdom Hearts anime series is also in development for Disney Channel and Disney+.
