Choosing the right hotel to stay at for your Universal Orlando vacation can be difficult, but don’t worry — we’re here to help!

We recently stopped by the Loews Royal Pacific Resort, so come along with us for the FULL TOUR of one of their guest rooms!
Atmosphere
The Loews Royal Pacific Resort is located near Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, with complimentary transportation via water taxis and buses for its guests. Hotel guests also get the perks of early admission and FREE Express Pass Unlimited with valid theme park entry.

The resort is themed as an “exotic South Seas paradise” with a lagoon-style pool surrounded by a white sand beach and swaying palm trees, innovative food and drinks, and traditional tropical entertainment like the luau!

The hallways leading up to the rooms are also quite themed, with seashell and ocean designs in the carpet and bright whites and blues on the walls.

Standard Rooms
Standard rooms can either have two queen beds or one king bed. We’re touring a room with two queen beds, and that’s exactly what you’ll see when you walk in. Each bed will have four pillows for sleeping and two decorative pillows. You’ll find the designs on the walls to be very on theme, with very large, beautiful flowers.

These rooms also feature a dresser space and a desk and chair, so there is plenty of space to put your belongings when you stay here. There is also a TV — the perfect way to unwind after a long day at the parks!

Although room views may differ, we had a beautiful view of the pool and a lot of other buildings at Universal.

The bathroom features a single toilet and a shower that can also be used as a bathtub. Complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are located in the shower, as well as a shelf for your own toiletries if you so choose.

A door separates the toilet and shower area from the sink area, so two people are able to use the area at the same time; however, there is only one sink. A large mirror also hangs above the sink, so no one has to fight to see themselves getting ready!

Other Information
Like every other Universal resort, Loews Royal Pacific Resort has concierge, a vacation planning center, a luggage holding area, Avis car rentals, a small gift shop, and a Starbucks that also has ready-to-go food. Other dining locations at this resort include Islands Dining Room, Jake’s American Bar, Orchid Court Lounge & Sushi Bar, Tuk Tuk Market, and Bula Bar & Grill. Room service is also offered.

If you’re bringing your own car during your stay, be prepared to pay for parking each day. To park overnight, it will cost $36 plus tax per night per vehicle to self-park and $45 plus tax per night per vehicle to overnight valet. If you’re only parking at the resort during the day, it will cost $53 plus tax to self-park or $56 plus tax to valet.
