A guest claimed that they were in a rear-end collision while on Radiator Springs Racers, located in Cars Land at Disney California Adventure.

An internet user named nogluten_shark shared the story on Reddit, also sharing a photo of the incident.
“Anyone else ever been in a car crash on the Radiator Springs ride? We were in yellow when the car came to a sudden stop and car behind hit us pretty good,” they explained.
The user also mentioned that the cast members didn’t ask if they were okay, but assumed it was for liability reasons. “They just got us in other cars, and away we went,” they said.

In the comment section of the post, one person said: “When my wife and I did a behind-the-scenes tour for this ride, they said it happens more often than people think and they call it ‘kissing.’”
To which the original poster commented back, “Interesting. Maybe that’s why they seemed so unconcerned. Same ole same ole to them. Did not feel like a kiss.”
Disney has not commented on the Reddit user’s post.
