Mariachi Cobre and Kidcot have moved to new locations in the Mexico Pavilion at EPCOT.

Mariachi Cobre New Location at Mexico Pavilion

Mariachi Cobre, a group that performs traditional folk music, has moved inside the pyramid in the Mexico Pavilion. Their previous location was outdoors near La Cantina de San Angel. They now perform where the Kidcot location once stood.

Mariachi Cobre was founded in 1971 and originally based in Tucson, Arizona. However, they have been the mariachi ambassador to the world since 1982, when they began performing at EPCOT.

They typically perform for 25 minutes. Guests can check their My Disney Experience app for the schedule and showtimes.

New Kidcot Location at Mexico Pavilion

Last week, we reported that the Kidcot station was dismantled and unavailable. However, the area has now been moved. While it’s still located in the Mexico Pavilion pyramid, guests can find it directly inside the pyramid at the entrance.

Kidcot is a place where guests can pick up an international memento with facts and activities featuring the culture and traditions of the countries at stations throughout World Showcase.
