The flooring replacement at Marketplace Co-Op in Disney Springs appears to be complete, and all areas of the store have reopened.

Marketplace Co-Op Flooring Replacement Complete

Different sections of Marketplace Co-Op closed for several weeks at a time throughout the summer as crews replaced the flooring. The back half of the store was the final section to close.

The photos above compare the store on September 23 and June 8. The new flooring has a speckled gray finish, replacing the previous brown, wood-look surface.

The walkway connecting Marketplace Co-Op to the Disney PhotoPass Studio has also reopened. The studio recently debuted a new interactive experience featuring backgrounds inspired by Frozen and Toy Story.

Centerpiece, which offers Disney-themed home goods, is located in the back-right corner of Marketplace Co-Op.

Apparel is displayed along the left side and back wall, while the front half of the store houses the Disney Drop Shop and a selection of designer bags.

For another comparison, the photo below shows the store’s former flooring.

Apart from the flooring, the layout of the retail location is largely the same as it appeared prior to the renovation. Marketplace Co-Op also connects directly to Tren-D, which was unaffected by the work shown here.
