New collectible medallion machines featuring characters from Toy Story, Frozen, The Little Mermaid, Monsters, Inc., and Mickey and Friends have been popping up all around Walt Disney World, including at Tri-Circle-D Ranch.
New Collectible Medallion Machines

One of the new machines we spotted is at Store Command at the exit of Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin in the Magic Kingdom. This machine offers four medallions featuring three galactic characters from Toy Story.

One medallion shows one Green Alien caught in the claw and two more reaching up for him, inside a blue and purple ring. Another one features Zurg in the center and a background similar to the targets on Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin.

The other two medallions feature different versions of Buzz Lightyear. On one, he is standing with his hands on his hips, and on the other, he is firing his laser blaster.

All four medallions have the same back, which is engraved with “Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin” and intricate cog-like details. They’re all silver-tone but the Zurg medallion is darker.

The next collectible medallion machine we found was a Celebrity 5 & 10 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This machine offers four different medallions.

This medallion features the Toy Story characters Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Bullseye, Bo Peep, and the Green Aliens on a blue background. The back of the medallion has the Toy Story logo in the center, surrounded by several Luxo Balls.

Ariel from The Little Mermaid is depicted on a rock with the water splashing behind her, on the front of the medallion. There is also a nameplate for her at the bottom. On the back is The Little Mermaid logo with wave patterns around the border.

Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto are featured on the front of this medallion. They are all in a group, and Goofy is even waving. The front of the medallion has a gold border, and the back is fully gold, with the Tower of Terror at the center on a spiral background and the Disney’s Hollywood Studios wordmark at the bottom.

The last medallion from this machine features Mike, Sully, and Boo from Monsters, Inc. peering out from a doorway on the front. On the back is the Monsters, Inc. logo surrounded by several doors.

The third new medallion machine we spotted is at The Fjording, the gift shop at the exit of Frozen Ever After in EPCOT. This machine features four different medallion options of characters from Frozen.

Three silver coins feature Anna, Olaf, and Elsa, each on their own medallion, on a blue, wintry background. The border of this medallion is a ring of snowflakes. The fourth golden coin features Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven on the same wintry background.

Over at Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, the four medallion designs feature different Disney horses and their owners.

A bronze coin features Merida riding Angus past her brothers as bears. The art has a Celtic border. The Tri-Circle-D Ranch logo is on the back of each medallion.

This shiny golden medallion features Rapunzel and Maximus. Rapunzel’s hair creates the border.

Another shiny gold medallion features Belle and Philippe within a border of enchanted roses.

On this copper-colored coin, Jessie and Woody ride Bullseye into the sunset. The border resembles a rope.
All coins can be individually purchased for $10 at all machines throughout the parks, or each set for $35.
You can find a list of all collectible medallion machines online or in the Disney World app.
