A variety of colorful new medallion designs have arrived at EPCOT, and you’ll have to embark on a souvenir scavenger hunt to find them all.
Colorful EPCOT Medallions
Walt Disney World has been steadily replacing its metal-toned souvenir medallions with new colorful collections, and several machines at EPCOT have received these updated designs. The medallions are $10 each or $35 for all four at each machine.
Here’s where to find them around the park:
Disney Traders
The four medallion designs currently available at the machine inside Disney Traders include:
- A gunmetal Ursula medallion with a red Disney Villains wordmark on the flipside
- A gold medallion with Chip and Dale on a sunflower and the EPCOT logo on the flipside
- A gold Mulan medallion with the Disney Princesses wordmark on the flipside
- A gold Winnie the Pooh medallion with a Hunny Pot and the Winnie the Pooh wordmark on the flipside
The random assortment leads us to believe these will be swapped out frequently.
Treasures of Xandar
The Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind gift shop medallion machine features four designs of the titular Marvel heroes.
All the medallions feature an embossed Guardians of the Galaxy wordmark on the flipside:
- A gold Star-Lord medallion
- A silver Drax medallion
- A silver Gamora medallion
- A gold Rocket and Groot medallion
The Seas with Nemo & Friends
The medallions found in The Seas pavilion feature both princess and Pixar designs.
All except the Ariel design have a flipside design featuring “The Living Seas” and a wave emblem:
- A gold Ariel medallion (with the Disney Princess wordmark on the flipside)
- A gold Finding Nemo medallion with Nemo, Dory, and Marlin
- A gold Finding Nemo medallion with Bruce, Anchor, and Chum
- A silver Finding Nemo medallion with three seagulls shouting “MINE!”
The Land
The Land pavilion is currently celebrating “Our Land” with commemorative America 250-themed medallions featuring Disney characters.
Each medallion has an embossed flipside design of fireworks with the text “Happy 250th Independence Day”:
- A silver medallion featuring Minnie in a stars-and-stripes dress
- A gold medallion featuring Mickey in a patriotic suit surrounded by stars and stripes
- A silver medallion featuring Stitch holding red and blue balloons
- A gold medallion featuring Pluto holding an American flag in his mouth
Norway Pavilion
In the World Showcase, Norway’s medallion machine features four Frozen characters. The machine was currently down (or frozen) when our reporter noticed it.
Each medallion has an embossed flipside design of a snowflake with the Frozen wordmark:
- A bronze medallion featuring Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven
- A silver medallion featuring Anna with her signature
- A silver medallion featuring Olaf with his signature
- A silver medallion featuring Elsa with her signature
