El Mercado, the quick-service restaurant at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, now has a Soup and Sandwich Station with multiple offerings.
Soup and Sandwich Station at El Mercado
While El Mercado de Coronado opens at 7 a.m., the Soup and Sandwich Station opens at 11:30 a.m.
This station was previously dedicated to pizza. Pizza is still available at the Fire Oven Station right next to the Soup and Sandwich Station.
There are three soup and sandwich options:
- Four Cheese Grilled Cheese – $18
- Havarti, mozzarella, provolone, and white American cheese grilled until golden and crisp. Served with 6oz soup.
- Raspberry & Brie Grilled Cheese – $18.50
- Creamy Brie and sweet raspberry preserves grilled until golden. Served with 6oz soup.
- Tomato & Bacon Grilled Cheese – $19.50
- Crispy bacon and tomato with cheddar, provolone, and yellow American cheese, grilled until golden. Served with 6oz soup.
The soup rotates daily and is available on its own: 6oz is $5.50 and 8oz is $8.50
On Friday, the soups of the day were creamy tomato and cauliflower white cheddar bisque.
