Olaf Draws! at The Magic of Disney Animation in Disney’s Hollywood Studios will use a virtual queue when it opens, but guests won’t be able to join in the Walt Disney World app. They will have to sign up in person.

While most virtual queues allow guests to join via the My Disney Experience app at select times of day, guests will have to physically go to Olaf Draws! to join its waitlist, Fantasyland News reports.

This means the sooner you get to the park and get in the queue, the higher your chances are experiencing the presentation.

Olaf Draws! is a brand-new Animation Academy experience within The Magic of Disney Animation, which opens on September 14, 2026.

We got to experience The Magic of Disney Animation during a media preview, including presentations of Olaf Draws! The show is hosted by an Audio-Animatronic Olaf and features pre-recorded segments with Disney animators. There are multiple versions of the show with different animators and characters to draw.
