Online Disney Store Closing for Australia, New Zealand, and Select Countries in Southeast Asia

Disney Store is shutting down their online storefronts for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia at the end of September.

Disney Store is shutting down their online storefronts for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia at the end of September.

DisneyStore.com.au and DisneyStore.asia will cease operations after September 30, 2026. Orders placed through that date will still be fulfilled.

Both websites have an FAQ page about the change. Disney Store Australia and New Zealand will officially close at 11:59 p.m. AEST on September 30 / 1:59 a.m. NZST on October 1.

Disney Store Asia will similarly be open until 11:59 p.m. on September 30.

Disney Store warns, “All orders are subject to availability and delivery delays may occur due to an increase in order volume during this period.”

Returns, exchanges, and warranties will still be provided.

This does not affect Disney Store Japan, Disney Store US, Disney Store UK, Disney Store China, Disney Store Korea, Disney Store Phillipines, or Disney Store Middle East.
