Our reporter captured the destruction of the Paradise Gardens gazebo through construction walls at Disney California Adventure.
Paradise Gardens Gazebo Demolished

Construction walls went up around Paradise Gardens Park two weeks ago for a reported restroom expansion, as well as for the removal of the gazebo. The top of the gazebo is visible over the construction walls in this photo from a couple of weeks ago.

However, this morning, the familiar green and yellow cupola was noticeably absent.

Peering through a crack in the fence, we can see a Bobcat excavator in front of piles of concrete rubble, ostensibly the remains of the gazebo.
The gazebo has also been removed from the map in the Disneyland Park app.

The gazebo was originally part of A Bug’s Land, which closed in September 2018 to become Avengers Campus; it was then relocated to Paradise Gardens Park.

There, the enclosed structure was used for seasonal and limited-time meet-and-greets like Mirabel from Encanto, as well as for the Plaza de la Familia celebration. It also served as additional shaded seating when not being used for special events.
