Interactive Cheese Exhibit

The interior is decked out with cheesy decorations and interactive displays.

Guests can make their own cheese plate with spinning pyramids, selecting different cheeses alongside sweet, savory, and crunchy accompaniments. If you can’t decide on your cheeses, spin the wheels on the other side of this display to learn more about the different types.

The Milk on the Moove display is about milk’s journey to become cheese.

Three windows look in at different steps in the process.

On the other side of the display is The Whey It Works, describing exactly how milk becomes cheese.

Another board lets guests choose their favorite cheese, allowing visitors to see the different winners every day. On the back is a map of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival highlighting different cheesy dishes.

A large central display explores the story of cheese from prehistory to modern America. Did you know the U.S. produces about 6.5 million metric tons of cheese each year? That’s more than any other country in the world.

Also inside CommuniCore Hall is The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More. Stay tuned for our reviews.
The festival runs from August 27 to November 21, 2026. Read our full guide to learn more about the offerings.
