Slinky Dog Dash Experiencing Unexpected Downtime at Disney's Hollywood Studios

The roller coaster didn’t open on Monday, August 31. Over an hour after the park’s opening on Tuesday, September 1, it remains “temporarily closed,” according to the My Disney Experience app.

The coaster experienced issues last week, too. According to WDW Magic, it was closed for more than four hours on Friday, August 28 and seven hours on August 29.

Disney has not shared a reason for the downtime.
