Aerial photos shared by bioreconstruct show the cleared construction site between the Monsters Unchained show building and the backstage service road. Work has progressed since our early October update on foundation construction, with regularly spaced piling locations now visible around portions of the site’s perimeter.

Much of the interior remains open dirt, covered in overlapping tire tracks. Orange safety fencing surrounds several excavated areas, while cones and temporary barriers mark other work zones. No aboveground building frame is visible yet.

Closer views show concrete mixer trucks gathered beside tall piling equipment. Workers in high-visibility clothing stand near the trucks and machinery as concrete delivery takes place.

Along the service road, a series of holes and disturbed patches of ground follows the edge of the construction area. These pilings will potentially form part of the foundations supporting the future show building’s frame, although their specific purpose has not been confirmed.

Small wooden coverings and A-frame markers are positioned at previously worked piling locations. These are particularly visible around the active work area near the base of the tall equipment.

Excavators, a front loader, pickup trucks, and large open containers are also stationed nearby. Orange mesh fencing separates the deeper excavations from surrounding vehicle routes.

The project follows site clearing documented in August and the arrival of foundation equipment in September. Universal has not announced the attraction’s theme or an opening date.
