Things are always changing at the Walt Disney Company! Lately, it feels like the parks are entirely new places thanks to updates like Villains Land, Piston Peak, Monsters Inc. Land, and more.
Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle
Each week, it feels like Disney is constantly dropping new information, details, and more! That’s why we like to do a weekly wrap-up of the biggest news so you don’t miss a single thing. Let’s dive into this week’s latest and greatest Disney news.
We got a TON of Disney news this week — from price increases to cruise line news and a sneak peek at food coming to a brand-new Magic Kingdom land!
Price Increases
Unfortunately, it’s that time of year again — the dreaded Disney price increases. Hundreds of price increases hit Disney World and Disneyland on everything from park tickets to Annual Passes, and from iconic Disney snacks to character dining, too. We rounded up a ton of the price increases here on DFB, detailing everything you need to know.
Of course, these price increases aren’t exciting to anyone, but as long as you’re prepared for them, it should be a little easier to plan out your budget and trip. Check out some of the price increases at the link below!

Disney Believe
Disney dropped a TON of news about the newest ship coming to the cruise line — the Disney Believe! This will be the fourth ship in the Disney Wish Class, and she sets sail on her maiden voyage on December 18th, 2027. We also learned that bookings will open to the public on October 19th, 2026.
Disney revealed all of the restaurants, lounges, and cafes that will be available on the ship, along with the entertainment we can expect — including NEW Encanto and Zootopia shows. We also got a first look at the staterooms! Check out all of the announcements at the link below!

Monstropolis Food
Disney shared that these restaurants will feature “grossly fun” food: familiar flavors reimagined with monster-inspired twists. At Harryhausen’s, some of the menu items the team is exploring include ramen bowls inspired by traditional Japanese flavors, but with “monster-sized personality.” The dishes will feature familiar, classic ingredients like rich tonkatsu broth and alkaline ramen noodles, plus others with monster twists like fishcake sliced to look like eyeballs and green eggs!
Over at Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza, the vibes are all about Monsters University, and this quick-service restaurant will feel like a beloved pizza spot where generations of monster college students gathered with friends after class.
