Disney’s Airport Luggage Transfer at Disney service has expanded again, making it easier for those staying at Value and Moderate resort hotels at Walt Disney World to travel to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO) without worrying about their checked luggage.
The latest expansion adds three more Moderate Resorts: Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort (including Gran Destino Tower), Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter, and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. With Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort already participating, all four Moderate Resorts now offer the service, bringing the total to nine participating Disney Resort hotels.
Disney first introduced the pilot program in April 2025 for guests staying at its five Value Resorts and flying Southwest Airlines. The program has since expanded to include additional airlines, resorts, and luggage delivery for arriving guests.
BagCheck operates the service, allowing eligible guests to skip baggage claim when arriving at MCO and avoid the airline check-in counter when departing.

How to Use Airport Luggage Transfer When Arriving at Disney World
Guests must register for the service between 30 days and 24 hours before their arriving flight. You’ll need your Disney Resort reservation confirmation number and airline flight confirmation number.
If you register more than seven days before your flight, BagCheck will mail luggage tags to you. Guests registering closer to their arrival won’t receive physical tags but can still use the service and track their luggage through their confirmation email.
- Check in for your flight online and pay any applicable baggage fees directly through your airline.
- Check your bags at your departure airport as you normally would.
- Upon arriving at Orlando International Airport, skip baggage claim and head directly to Walt Disney World.
- Allow up to four hours after your flight’s arrival for your luggage to reach your Disney Resort hotel.
Once your bags arrive, you can collect them from Luggage Assistance or Bell Services in the resort lobby. You can also request delivery to your room by calling from your in-room telephone. Gratuities are not included.
