The polka-dotted appearance of a couple of digital signs at Disneyland Park’s entrance gates caught our reporter’s attention.
‘Polka Dots’ on Disneyland Entrance Sign

Upon arriving at Disneyland Park this morning, our reporter noticed that one of the signs was looking a bit different.

The orange color and abundance of black polka dots on the digital sign are definitely not normal — even if they feel spooky-season appropriate — and indicate some sort of burn or bleed.

As they left the park later in the afternoon, they checked the same sign, which had since been switched to an “Exit Only” sign, to confirm that the polka dots persisted.
The spots remain, and the polka-dot sign definitely sticks out next to its unbroken neighbor.

Additionally, our reporter spotted another sign suffering from the beginnings of the polka-dot issue.

While not as severe as the original sign they spotted, this one is still plagued by lines of black dots peppering its surface.

Our reporter theorizes that the dots are caused by screen bleed.
