Disney Cruise Line has officially unveiled what guests can expect with Disney Believe, the newest Wish class ship coming in 2027 — and we were there on the Disney Wish to catch all the reveals!
A Ship to Believe In

The Disney Believe is largely inspired by “Walt Disney’s legacy of curiosity and discovery,” according to the Disney Parks Blog, with offerings inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios films that you won’t find on any other ship, as well as returning amenities you know and love.
This will be the fourth Wish class ship in the fleet, joining its sister ships the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure, and Disney Destiny.
The Grand Hall is Where You Are!

Starting with the Grand Hall, it was previously announced that this entrance area of the ship will be themed to Moana, complete with an atrium statue of the heroine and her animal companions, Pua and Heihei. Newly shared, though, is that the Grand Hall will feature details inspired by the movie and its setting in the Pacific Islands, from the carpet to the ceiling. Even the railings will be inspired by details found in Moana’s skirt. The centerpiece will be none other than the Grand Hall chandelier, modeled after the ocean’s movement, and will have the heart of Te Fiti hidden within.
“Try Everything” in This New Entertainment Hub

Gazelle, the entertainment hub for the Disney Believe, will take inspiration from the Zootopia films. This space will host a variety of activities for guests by day, like trivia and character meet-and-greets, and will be home to adult-exclusive entertainment at night, including silent discos and variety acts.
In addition, for the first time on a Disney Cruise Line vessel, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde will be in a new family show where guests put their detective skills to the test to solve the partners’ latest case.
Other returning entertainment onboard will include Pirate’s Rockin’ Parlay Party, Hero Zone, Disney Uncharted Adventure, and the Wonderland and Never Land Cinemas.
Get Joyful for These Inside Out Sweets!

While Inside Out: Joyful Sweets is already present on the Disney Wish, it will be making a return aboard the Disney Believe with a few updates. Namely, new sculptures of Anxiety, Envy, and the “Sense of Self” structure from Inside Out 2. The treat selection will also get a refresh, with almost 20 flavors of gelato and ice cream, gelato specials handcrafted daily, and other sweets.
Enjoy Your Coffee Tunes with Two New Cafes
Get your Coffee Tunes ready, because there will be two new cafes aboard the Disney Believe: Big Hero Sips and Café Kakamora. Big Hero Sips will obviously be inspired by Disney Animation’s Big Hero 6, and Café Kakamora will take after the coconut creatures from Moana. Both cafes will offer a selection of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
Join Oaken for a Frozen Family Feast

A new Frozen dinner show is also debuting aboard the ship, called Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast. Set in a forest, Oaken and his cousins have invited everyone to a meal in the Scandinavian Summerhaus courtyard. During the dinner, guests can join Oaken’s family for reimagined takes on songs from the Frozen movies, plus appearances from characters like Anna and Kristoff.
Go Under the Sea in This Piano Lounge

Just past the Grand Hall is a new piano lounge inspired by The Little Mermaid, Sea Notes! The venue will feature contemporary design with whimsical elements, like a pearlescent piano that was “one of Ariel’s forgotten treasures.” The menu will offer cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
I’m Wishing… for a New Lounge!

Cruisers will be able to enter the world of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Wishing Well, a new lounge inspired by the 1937 film. The lounge will sport three areas inspired by Walt Disney’s first feature-length animated movie, including a gothic castle with stained glass art, an enchanted castle courtyard set under a canopy of white blossoms and red apples, and a performance area featuring hand-carved wood framing to reference the Dwarfs’ cottage.
Here, guests will be able to enjoy live musical performances alongside a selection of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and coffees.
Look Up and Explore in Skygazers

For the grown-ups, you’ll want to check out Skygazers, an observatory-themed pub set in an astronomer’s laboratory. Inside, there will be bookshelves packed with astronomical instruments, maps of the stars, and references to Disney stories. The menu will offer custom craft brews, specialty cocktails, and light bites. You can also tune in to live sports broadcasts here!
Sail in Style in Your Stateroom
The staterooms aboard the Disney Believe will feature new papercut-style artwork featuring Moana, Coco, and Inside Out.
For those staying in concierge, the rooms will be inspired by Peter Pan, or Pixar’s Toy Story for seven special oceanview rooms with floor-to-ceiling views. The lounge offered to concierge guests will be themed to Alice in Wonderland, complete with a private sun deck and complimentary food and beverages.
Like other staterooms aboard Disney Cruise Line, the rooms will feature plenty of storage space, with most offering split-bath restrooms, closets, and elevated bed frames with under-bed space for luggage.
Disney Believe will also offer two new royal suite styles (four royal suites in total): the Royal Reef Suites themed to The Little Mermaid, and the Royal Rose Suites themed to Beauty and the Beast. Each suite will feature design elements nodding to both classic Walt Disney Animation Studios films.
The most exciting room onboard, however, will no doubt be the Believe Tower Suite. This time around, the one-of-a-kind, 2,000-square-foot suite will be inspired by Magic Kingdom, with each of its rooms modeled after one of the park’s themed lands. The suite will sleep up to eight guests, will be two stories tall, and will be located in the forward funnel. Among the decor will be fireworks- and balloon-inspired light fixtures and a “magical” art piece depicting Cinderella Castle.
‘Tangled: The Musical’ Returns with New Magic

Now for the theatre! Also on the Disney Magic, “Tangled: The Musical” will be joining the lineup aboard the Disney Believe, but with a reimagined set design and special effects just for this production.
Welcome the Family Madrigal to the Stage with ‘Disney Encanto’

Exclusive to the Disney Believe will be the first-ever stage adaptation of the Disney Animation film, Encanto. Titled “Disney Encanto,” the show will follow Mirabel in her journey to save her family and their magical Casita. The show will, of course, feature Disney Legend Lin-Manuel Miranda’s songs from the film, as well as costuming, set design, and traditional dance styles inspired by the rich cultures of Colombia.
Returning Favorites Aboard the Disney Believe
In addition to the ship’s updates, there will be a handful of returning favorites from other Disney Cruise Line ships to the Disney Believe. For example, dining venues 1923, Worlds of Marvel, Palo Steakhouse, Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement, and The Rose will return, as well as the ever-popular Haunted Mansion Parlor (with a new selection of “ghoulish delights”).

In the Walt Disney Theatre, “Disney Seas the Adventure,” the original stage show created for the Wish class, will return as well with performances featuring Disney and Pixar characters alongside iconic and memorable songs.
On the upper decks, Mickey and Friends Festival of Foods will be back, offering an open-air food court with themed stalls that include barbeque, cantina bowls and salads, pizza, burgers, and soft-serve ice cream. There will be one new stall, Pluto’s Pita Platters, which will feature a Mediterranean-style menu including kebabs and pitas with a variety of garnishes and dips.
For adults looking for a secluded place to chill, Quiet Cove will return with an infinity pool at the stern of the ship, whirlpool spas, a bar and a café. Senses Spa will also return, along with Senses Fitness.
Guests looking to get pampered can take a trip to Untangled Salon, inspired by “Tangled,” or Hook’s Barbery, a “Peter Pan”-inspired twist on a traditional men’s salon with a “hidden” bar.
The ship will also offer seven pools to enjoy, the AquaMouse with the shorts “Port Adventures,” “Swiss Meltown,” and “Sing a Silly Song,” and a splash area for smaller cruisers themed to Toy Story.
Kids ages 3 to 17 will have their own dedicated areas on the ship just like other Disney Cruise Line vessels, including Disney’s Oceaneer Club for kids ages 3 to 10 — with a new entrance themed to Monsters, Inc., It’s a Small World Nursery for ages 6 months to 3 years, Edge for tweens ages 11 to 13, and Vibe for those ages 14 to 17. For older kids, The Hideaway will offer a dance floor and a DJ booth, as well as space to relax and hang out.
