Honoring Veterans Across Disney

This merchandise collection is just one of the many ways Disney recognizes Veterans and military families.
In November, teams across Disney will celebrate National Veterans and Military Families Month by honoring veterans, service members, and military families with special recognition, stories, and tributes.
Guests visiting the parks can also experience special Veterans Day Flag Retreat ceremonies on November 11 at both Disneyland park at Disneyland Resort and Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort. These ceremonies offer a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the service and sacrifice of the men and women who have served in uniform.
For many guests and cast members, these ceremonies have become a beloved tradition, highlighting the deep connection between Disney and the military community.
A Tradition of Respect and Gratitude

This annual collection continues a long-standing tradition of honoring veterans and military families while celebrating their lasting contributions to our nation. Disney’s admiration and support for U.S. military service members, veterans and military families is woven into Disney’s story and has been for more than a century. That legacy began with founders Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney, both of whom answered the call to serve their country during World War I.
Since then, Disney has remained committed to honoring those who serve through meaningful programs, experiences, community events, and special moments of recognition.
