October has arrived, which means it’s time to head to Disney Springs for new treats at Gideon’s Bakehouse!

Every month, Gideon’s drops a new menu, and they have finally released their October menu. While the popular bakehouse is bringing back a ton of items, something BRAND-NEW just dropped this weekend, and it’s only here for a limited time.
For 10 years, Gideon’s Bakehouse has celebrated October with a unique dessert every weekend! They’ve said that their kitchen rule is that it has to be something that they’ve never done before. That means once this October wraps up, Gideon’s will have made 40 unique desserts.

The bakehouse just dropped the first new dessert of October, and it’s the Graveyard Mousse Mounds! Gideon’s claims that the “hauntingly delicious treats put a playful, spooky spin on the classic kids’ dirt cup.” The treat is “silky Chocolate Crèmeux and Oreo Crumble layered over a moist Chocolate Cake base, then buried under more Oreo Crumbs, mini Sour Gummy Worms, and a Chocolate Tombstone.” Now that’s a mouthful…literally!

You’re going to need to RUN to Disney Springs, because the unique treat is only available on Saturday, October 3rd, and Sunday, October 4th. That’s it; you only get the two days this weekend to try it. The dessert is also available while supplies last, and limited to two per person. After that, they won’t be back ever again.

Some treats you can get at Gideon’s during October include:
- Frankenstein Lives! — a cookie that “stitches” together various chocolates, Double Stuf Oreos, and M&M’s to “resurrect” one of the most popular Limited Edition Cookies of the year.
- Bride of Frankenstein Returns! — designed in the same mold as Frank but features white chocolate, Golden Oreos, and M&M’s.
- Frankenstein Cake Slices! — cake versions of Frankenstein on Wednesdays and Saturdays
- Bride of Frankenstein — cake versions of Bride of Frankenstein on Sundays and Thursdays.
- Cookies & Cream Nitro Cold Brew
Also note that the transaction limit for cookies has been increased to nine instead of eight this month only!

There are also new merchandise drops and new collectible menus on October 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. The Three Little Ones Morsels are here, with the first of four October menus dropping now. It’ll be available in line at Disney Springs or with each merch order at gideonsbakehouse.com. The menu you get will match what’s offered on the day of your order.
