Guests waiting in line for Halloween Horror Nights houses at Universal Orlando Resort will now hear an announcement reminding them to not touch scareactors.
Universal Tells Guests Not to Touch Actors

The announcement was recently added to Halloween Horror Nights 35. X user @MaxThemeParked shared a video with part of the announcement on Saturday, October 17.
A voice states:
We ask that you do not touch performers, threaten or harass others, use obscene language, jump ahead in line, or engage in horseplay. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in removal from the event.
The announcement now plays periodically in the queues for all the haunted houses.
Touching of scareactors, whether accidental or purposeful, is a frequent problem at all kinds of haunts including Halloween Horror Nights. Guests should not touch performers and performers are not supposed to touch guests, though may come close to them during a scare.
Recently, the Nikki character performer at Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios Hollywood park cut short a meet and greet amid harassment from guests. She was not touched but young guests yelled at her while she was talking to others.
We do not know if the announcement was added to the Hollywood event.
