Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is officially opening on July 1st, 2027 and bookings are now open! But if you want to stay at the newest hotel, how much is it going to cost you? Let’s break it down.

  • July 1st — $603
  • July 2nd — $630
  • July 3rd — $630
  • July 4th — $551
  • July 5th — $551
  • July 6th — $551
  • July 7th — $551

Villas

When it comes to large room spaces, you’ll want to book a villa! The villas come in 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom sizes. The 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom villas have Resort, Preferred, or Premium Views, and the 3-bedroom villas come exclusively in Premium Views. Based on what’s available still for the first week, here are the rates for a 2-Bedroom Preferred View Villa:

If you stayed in a 2-Bedroom Preferred Villa from December 24th-27th, 2027, it would cost you $3035 a night.

Duo Studios

Traveling solo or with one other person? A Duo Studio might be right for you! These rooms sleep two adults in a pull-down queen bed and they all have either views of the pool or a partial view of Bay Lake. The Duo Studios are already mostly booked for the first week that the resort opens, but you can get one of these for $512 on the evening of July 5th.

It seems the Duo Studios are rather popular, because they’re already filling up for September 2027 as well! From September 12th-14th, 2027, these are $547 per night. Keep in mind that these prices do not include tax.

Like the others, let’s look at December 24th-27th, 2027. For those nights, these rooms cost $905 per night, which is a pretty hefty price to pay for one of the smallest hotel rooms in Disney World.

Lake House

And finally, the most unique option at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge are the Lake Houses! You can book either a 1-Bedroom Lake House or a 2-Bedroom Lake House, and they’re booking FAST for the first week that the resort is open. On the evening of July 6th, the 1-Bedroom is $2353 and the 2-Bedroom is $2942.

©Disney

On the nights of September 12th-14th, 2027, you’ll pay $2511 a night for the 1-Bedroom Lake Houses and $3139 for the 2-Bedroom Lake Houses. These are a SPLURGE, folks!

©Disney

For the dates of December 24th through December 27th, it would cost $4156 a night for a 1-Bedroom and $5195 a night for a 2-Bedroom Lake House. That’s a whopping budget!

So it looks like you’ll have to budget a LOT if you’re planning to visit during the holiday season, but if you’re just staying at Lakeshore Lodge during the other months of the year, it’s pretty in line with some of Disney World’s other Deluxe Resorts.
