A new puzzle featuring Jerrod Maruyama’s “Disney Plushies” artwork is available at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Jerrod Maruyama “Disney Plushies” Puzzle – $24.99

The 500-piece puzzle depicts over two dozen Disney characters reimagined as plush toys and arranged across three shelves. Sorcerer Mickey occupies the top-center of the design, surrounded by animal characters including Bambi, Thumper, Dumbo, Simba, Baloo, Meeko, Pegasus, Orange Bird, Chick Little, and more.

Small Mickey icons and flowers decorate the shelves, which are set against a light wood background. Maruyama’s signature rounded character designs and rosy cheeks give the entire collection a cohesive, extra-cute appearance.

The completed puzzle measures 19 inches by 24 inches. One side of the box displays the full artwork and an example of the puzzle pieces at actual size.

Curiously, Maruyama’s name and the artwork’s “Disney Plushies” title do not appear anywhere we could find on the packaging. However, the illustration is indeed Maruyama’s established “Disney Plushies” artwork, which was previously sold as prints and postcards through Disney’s WonderGround Gallery collection.

The puzzle is available for $24.99 before tax at Mickey’s of Hollywood. We also spotted the same puzzle available at Disney California Adventure in late September.
