Magic Kingdom Boat Service Suspended at Select Times This Week

Magic Kingdom Boat Service Suspended at Select Times This Week

Boat service connecting Magic Kingdom and surrounding resorts will be unavailable in the late evenings and early mornings for a few days this week.

Magic Kingdom Boat Service Unavailable

Signs at the Magic Kingdom and Fort Wilderness Resort docks warn guests boat service will be unavailable from 10:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. October 19 – 21.

Boat service is not usually available for most of that overnight timeframe. But guests looking to travel late at night or early in the morning on those dates will need to use bus service instead.

This appears to affect boat transportation between Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, and the Transportation and Ticket Center.

Crews are currently working to expand the Magic Kingdom ferryboat dock, but we have no confirmation if the boat closure is related to this.
