Construction walls have come down within Crystal Arts by Arribas Brothers in Disney Springs, revealing a revamped wand-crafting experience and a dedicated silhouette portrait studio space.
Silhouette Studio Opens at Crystal Arts

A side-portion of the Disney Springs Crystal Arts storefront has been walled off to guests since July of this year. At the time, a Cast Member informed us that there would be a forthcoming dedicated silhouette portrait area alongside “an interactive wish builder spot” with “cool lights” and other new features.
The early info appears to have come to fruition, as the store indeed now hosts a new Silhouette Studio. The renovated corner features dark wood paneling with navy blue display backings. An illuminated script sign marks the space above the artists’ counter.
Several completed silhouettes are displayed in oval frames on the wall, while larger pieces of silhouette artwork flank the central display.
Before the new dedicated studio was constructed, the same general area featured a much smaller silhouette portrait setup. The experience operated from a standalone round wooden table with a single artist’s chair, a modest backdrop bearing the “Silhouettes by Arribas Brothers” name, and a small display of available products and pricing.
The new, permanent built-in studio significantly expands the silhouette portrait experience and gives it a more polished, prominent presence within the shop.
A built-in display to the left of the studio holds glass Disney figures, silhouette artwork, and other Arribas Brothers products pertinent to the Silhouette Studio and the adjacent Crystal Wish Keepers wand-crafting experience.
Custom Wand-Crafting Experience Relocated
The shop’s custom wand-crafting experience, Crystal Wish Keepers, is now located immediately beside the Silhouette Studio. Tall illuminated containers filled with colorful crystals line the counter, allowing guests to select the colors used in their creations. A large wooden display behind the counter showcases available wand designs against sparkling blue backings. A similar experience is offered at Magic Kingdom.
The Disney Springs experience was previously offered near the interior exit side of the shop that leads toward Marketplace Coop. The former station is now empty, with its blue-lined glass display case cleared of the wand-crafting supplies.
For an idea of how the space looked prior to the recent changes, you can compare against these older photos below from January 2026.
