If you’re a fan of brunch at Disney Springs, you might want to take a look at what’s cooking at Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant! The popular Irish restaurant has shared photos of six new brunch dishes, and some of these look absolutely delicious.
Raglan Road is known for its hearty Irish-inspired food, lively atmosphere, and live entertainment, and its weekend brunch is always worth considering when you’re spending a morning at Disney Springs. The latest menu additions include everything from baked eggs and a towering potato hash to a fried chicken sandwich that looks like it could keep you full for the rest of the day!
Let’s take a closer look at the new dishes below.
Celtic Baked Eggs – $24.95
“Baked eggs in a rich tomato sauce with chorizo, spiced sausage, spinach, red peppers, confit tomatoes, served with crispy skin-on fried potatoes”
This one looks like a hearty way to start the day! The eggs are served in a skillet with plenty of sauce, sausage, and vegetables, with crispy potatoes on the side.

Hash Stack – $20.95
“Homemade potato & onion hash stack, with guacamole, fried egg, jalapeño relish, chili oil crunch.”
If you love potatoes for breakfast, take a look at this one! The Hash Stack is layered with potato and onion hash, guacamole, and a fried egg, with a little heat from the jalapeño relish and chili oil crunch.
The menu also lists the option to add Brunson bacon for $24.95 total or braised beef for $27.95 total.

Not So Irish Egg Caesar – $24.50
“Our Guinness & onion sausage crusted Irish egg, grilled baby gem with Caesar dressing, brioche croutons, maple glazed American bacon, wholegrain mustard aioli, grated parmesan.”
This might be one of the most unusual brunch dishes in the bunch! Raglan Road has put its own spin on a Caesar salad, adding a Guinness and onion sausage-crusted Irish egg along with bacon, croutons, and plenty of Parmesan.

Buttermilk Chicken Focaccia – $24.95
“Open-faced buttermilk fried chicken sandwich on potato focaccia bread with Brunson bacon and fried egg, carbonara butter, pesto drizzle, caramelized onion puree.”
Okay, this one has my attention! The photo shows a generous piece of crispy fried chicken topped with a fried egg and bacon, all piled onto thick focaccia bread. And between the carbonara butter, pesto, and caramelized onion purée, there’s a whole lot going on here.

Hipsters Benedict – $25.50
“Smashed avocado, Irish bacon & poached eggs on crispy croissants with confit tomatoes and hollandaise sauce.”
Eggs Benedict fans, this one’s for you! Instead of the traditional English muffin, Raglan Road is serving its version on croissants, with avocado, Irish bacon, and plenty of hollandaise sauce.
I love the idea of using croissants for this dish, although I’m thinking it might require a knife, fork, and quite a few napkins!

The BIG Brunch Burger – $26.95
“Dry aged prime short rib and brisket beef burger, Irish bacon, beer braised onions, crispy potato hash, fried egg, tomato relish on our potato bun served with crispy skin-on fried skin on potatoes and hollandaise sauce on side.”
And finally, there’s the BIG Brunch Burger, which certainly lives up to its name!
This burger combines prime short rib and brisket beef with Irish bacon, beer-braised onions, crispy potato hash, and a fried egg. It’s served with potatoes and hollandaise sauce on the side, making it a pretty substantial brunch option.

Weekend Brunch at Raglan Road
If you haven’t experienced brunch at Raglan Road before, the restaurant is located at The Landing in Disney Springs. Its Rollicking Raglan Brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays, with live Irish music and dancing adding to the experience.
It’s a fun option for a leisurely weekend meal, especially if you’re looking for something a little different from the usual breakfast offerings around Walt Disney World.
With six new dishes to choose from, there’s plenty here for guests who prefer a traditional egg-based breakfast, something with a little spice, or a hearty burger.
I’m having a hard time deciding between the Buttermilk Chicken Focaccia and the Hipsters Benedict. Which of these new brunch dishes would you order first?
