If you’ve ever dreamed of owning your own Kermit the Frog or Miss Piggy Muppet, Disneyland has the pair for sale — but be prepared for the price.
Kermit and Miss Piggy Scale Replica Puppets for Sale
The 40% scale miniature replicas of Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy Muppets were originally for sale at the 2026 D23 Expo (pictured above). Manufactured by Muppet Heap, they are extremely limited edition: only two of each Muppet were produced. The puppets not only function identically to their on-screen counterparts, but are constructed of the same specialized materials, including custom-milled Malden Mills fleece fabric.
While one pair was already destined to end up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Rock Around the Shop, the exit gift shop for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets, the second pair for sale at D23 evidently didn’t find any owners and is now at Disneyana in Disneyland Park, where the puppets are displayed behind a velvet rope in a literal vault.
Miss Piggy 40% Scale Replica Puppet by Muppet Heap – $40,000
No, that price does not have accidental zeroes: each puppet is available individually for $40,000. Miss Piggy comes dressed in a chic ensemble of a leopard-print top with a black leather-look motorcycle jacket (with silver heart-shaped studs) and gloves, plus a voluminous pink tulle skirt and her signature pearl necklace. Her blonde hair is styled into loose curls. You can insert your arm into the body of the puppet to control her mouth.
She has no legs, but has metal sticks with wooden handles attached to her wrists for moving her arms.
Kermit the Frog 40% Scale Replica Puppet by Muppet Heap – $40,000
The Kermit puppet consists of the famous frog’s torso made of bright green fleece with his iconic felt neck frill and expressive eyes on top of his head. Each of his arms has a five-fingered hand. The body is hollow, so you can insert your arm to control his mouth and neck.
Like Miss Piggy, Kermit is legless and has the same metal sticks attached to his wrists for movement.
