Doctor Doom is joining moviegoers’ decks this December, with Regal offering an exclusive Magic: The Gathering promotional card to eligible guests who see Avengers: Doomsday in Infinity Vision during opening weekend.
Regal’s Doctor Doom Card Giveaway
According to Regal’s promotion page, Regal Rewards members can receive the card at Infinity Vision screenings from December 17–20, 2026, while supplies last. The promotion begins the day before the film’s official December 18 theatrical release.
The first full preview of the promo item shared on Instagram features a card titled “Doctor Doom, King of Latveria,” with artwork credited to Jorge Molina. Doom stands at the center in his metal mask, armor, and dark green hooded cloak, surrounded by three figures wearing gold-colored masks and hooded robes. Orange and green lighting frame the scene.
The gold-bordered card identifies Doom as a “Legendary Creature — Human Noble Villain.” It costs one generic mana, plus one blue, one black, and one red mana, and has three power and three toughness.
His full card effect reads as follows:
Whenever you discard one or more land cards, each opponent loses 2 life.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, target Villain you control gains menace until end of turn. It connives. (Draw a card, then discard a card. If you discarded a nonland card, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.)
Guests planning to collect the card should select an eligible Infinity Vision showtime and ensure they are Regal Rewards members. Availability is limited to the opening-weekend promotion and remains subject to supplies.
Avengers: Doomsday
Avengers: Doomsday arrives in U.S. theaters on December 18, 2026. Infinity Vision is Disney’s certification for premium large format theaters, emphasizing large screens, laser projection, and premium sound.
The card joins other collectibles tied to the film’s release. Cinemark recently shared a Doctor Doom popcorn bucket and collectible drink cup, featuring the villain’s hooded mask and a depiction of Doom seated on a throne.
Meanwhile, directors Anthony and Joe Russo have confirmed that more Avengers: Doomsday cast surprises are coming, saying the film’s full cast has yet to be announced.
