Disney’s Art of Animation Resort has two new breakfast dishes available from Landscape of Flavors: birthday cake waffles and birthday cake pancakes.
Birthday Cake Pancakes – $11.99
Birthday Cake Custard, Cake Crumbs, and Rainbow Sprinkles served with Bacon and Sausage
If you like vanilla, you’ll like this meal. It’s drenched in vanilla, which adds to the flavor of the pancakes. The dish is super sugary and sweet. It doesn’t look very appetizing, but trust us, it’s delicious.

Character-shaped Birthday Cake Waffles – $12.59

If you want slightly less vanilla, go for the waffles. Otherwise, they taste identical to the pancakes so either is a good option.
The characters on the waffles are from the IPs represented at Art of Animation like Cars and Finding Nemo, but they are almost entirely lost under the powdered sugar and sprinkles. That’s all the extra 60 cents is paying for, so if you don’t mind more vanilla, save a bit of money and get the pancakes.

These dishes are part of a Walt Disney World Resort-wide roll-out of new pancakes, waffles, churros, and drinks.
