REVIEW: “Meh” Is the Perfect Word For This Newly Opened EPCOT Food and Wine Booth

HOORAY! Things are still going strong at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, as a few select Marketplace Food Booths are continuing to open just in time for plenty of October Festival fun, and among these is Earth Eats!

2026 Booth

Earth Eats is one of four Marketplace Food Booths to complete the full lineup, along with The Alps , Coastal Eats, and India. So as we continue to bring you our full reviews of every single Food Booth at the Food and Wine Festival (and maybe even add to our Best of the Fest choices for 2026, depending on what we find!), we hope you’ll join us here to check out everything Earth Eats has to offer!

Menu

You’ll find Earth Eats in World Nature, steps away from The Land Pavilion. The culinary theme here, according to Disney, is “farm-grown goodness.”  The returning Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib is joined on the menu by the new Lemon-Almond-Olive Oil Cake.

Minute Maid® Aguas Frescas is the non-alcoholic option on the beverage menu, while wine drinkers can choose the Harken Barrel Fermented Chardonnay.

Let’s explore everything at Earth Eats!

Eats

The Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib is back again this year for $8.49. The short rib is cooked incredibly well. It wasn’t tough, it wasn’t dry, and it cut really easily. It’s plated with goat cheese polenta (which is what makes this dish an option for those participating in the Emile’s Fromage Montage cheese crawl), along with a tomato ragù, shaved pecorino cheese, and petit herbs.

Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib

The dish itself wasn’t watery or overly thick. It had a very pleasant, creamy texture, hitting the right notes. The goat cheese does come through here, and we really did appreciate the pecorino on top. You do have to be a big fan of capers, as there’s a ton of them on top, and the tomato sauce is not really sweet. Make sure you get bites with every component in them!

If you try the individual components by themselves, you won’t get the intended effect. This is a good dish — not a great dish, a good dish. It’s pretty hearty, but it does feel like fall, and we do appreciate all the flavor melting together. We honestly think there are a lot better options at the festival this year.

New to Earth Eats is the Lemon-Almond-Olive Oil Cake for $4.49. This is by far our favorite dish from this booth. The candied sugar slivered toasted almonds on the side are phenomenal and reminiscent of the almonds that were with the cake over in the Alps booth. They add a crunch, and they’re not overly sugared. They just are so delicious with the cake.

Lemon-Almond-Olive Oil Cake

The cake is light and has a very pleasant texture. It’s not a moist crumb, which is expected with an olive oil cake. The lemon curd is our favorite part of this with the almonds. It is so tart and perfect, and we absolutely love it. This is also one of the prettiest dishes we’ve seen at the festival, with the edible flowers on top. This is going to be a popular Instagram dessert. A whipped Greek yogurt panna cotta completes the dessert, which can be a surprise if you’re not prepared for the yogurt. This is a total hit for us!

Onto the drinks!

Drinks

Even as we’re officially entering Orlando’s cooler season as the calendar has turned to October, you may still find yourself in need of a cooling refresher, and the Minute Maid® Aguas Frescas is up for grabs to help! The flavor of this non-alcoholic drink is Strawberry Hibiscus, and it costs $4.79.

Minute Maid Aguas Frescas Strawberry Hibiscus

The drink offers a light and refreshing strawberry flavor that comes through with light floral notes, but nothing that we would say most people would even pick up on. This is very kid-friendly. It reminds us of Kool-Aid or Hi-C. On a hot day, this would be a perfect little refreshing pick-me-up. It does seem to have a bit of sugar in it, but otherwise it’s not really a must-grab in our opinion.

If you’d like to imbibe, the Harken Barrel Fermented Chardonnay from Parlier, California is available for $6.50.

OVERALL

Overall, we do really like the cake here, and we think it’s definitely worth a try! Other than that, we don’t know if you need to be rushing over to this booth. Everything was good, but not special. The cake, however, was great!
