The Alps booth has debuted at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival a little over one month after the start of the festival. We grabbed the Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese and Tartiflette for review.
Earth Eats Booth

Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese – $6.79
on a baguette with jambon and apple-mustard relish (Introduced in 1997)

This is a good portion, making it a rare festival item that can be shared. The baguette is dry and has a bit of an odd taste when paired with the apple-mustard relish. We recommend getting this on the side or not at all.

Tartiflette – $5.49
Potatoes gratin, caramelized onions, bacon, thyme, crème fraîche, and brie

Overall, this is an enjoyable dish. The brie is light, and the potatoes and onion pair well together. However, there is very little bacon and having more would probably even out the dish more.
