runDisney reportedly revealed their 2027 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend themes accidentally. Themes included Frozen, Muppets, and more.
2027 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend Themes
Reports from social media, including the following video from Autism Theme Park Journey, show that runDisney uploaded a 2027 graphic to their website that showed up in web searches and text messages of the Wine & Dine link, but was not actually visible on the website. runDisney has since removed the graphic.
Team runDis (unaffiliated with runDisney) also shared the graphic, which reveals the themes will be Aladdin featuring Abu for the 5K, Pinocchio for the 10K, Frozen featuring Elsa for the Half Marathon, and the Muppets featuring Sam Eagle for the challenge.
The 2026 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend just wrapped up this past weekend. The Mary Poppins-themed Half Marathon featured debut appearances by the film’s “Bird Woman” and Sister Suffragettes, plus a Main Street Citizen.
The 5K faced criticism, however, after expanding capacity and introducing a time limit. The race had “Balloon Ladies” for the first time and long character lines.
