Santa Claus is returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the 2026 holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort.

Santa’s Holiday Grove at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

The holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort will begin on November 13, 2026, and end on January 6, 2027.

Santa’s Holiday Grove will take place across from Finding Nemo: The Big Blue … and Beyond! at Theater in the Wild. Guests will find a trail with intermittent snow flurries and Santa himself. Specialty food and beverages will be available, as well as a festive soundtrack. We will keep you updated about this event when more details are announced.

Last year, guests could interact with Santa at Restaurantosaurus, which was located in the former DinoLand U.S.A. That area is closed and is currently being transformed into Tropical Americas.
