Scat Cat's Club at Walt Disney World is Temporarily Closed

Scat Cat’s Club is a New Orleans-style lounge with live jazz music at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter Resort.

It closed on October 6. During its closure, a temporary bar has been set up for guests. The temporary bar even blocks the doorway into the lounge.

The temporary bar outside of Scat Cat’s Club location is open to guests between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Guests can also enjoy beignets and coffee originally served at Scat Cat’s Club at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory until the location reopens.

Scat Cat's Club at Walt Disney World is Temporarily Closed

At Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, they are also offering the seasonal Ghoulish Beignets while Scat Cat’s Club is closed.

Currently, on the Disney World app and website, it says the Scat Cat’s Club Lounge is expected to reopen sometime in January 2027, and the Cafe is expected to open sometime in December 2026.
