Each stateroom deck on Disney Cruise Line’s Wish-class ships features its own unique theme based on favorite Disney films, and we now know what titles will grace the staterooms on the Disney Believe.

Disney Believe Stateroom Themes

According to the Disney Parks Blog, the non-concierge staterooms on the Disney Believe will be “inspired by characters and stories like Moana, Coco, and Inside Out.” Moana is also represented on the ship in the Grand Hall as the atrium statue, while Inside Out is the theme of the onboard sweets shop.

Buzz and Woody stern characters on the Disney Believe

Guests staying in concierge staterooms will either escape to Neverland in rooms inspired by Peter Pan or, in the case of “several special oceanview rooms above the bridge,” be transported to Andy’s Room with Toy Story-themed spaces.

Buzz Lightyear and Woody will be the signature stern characters of the Disney Believe. The oversized Toy Story characters will appear to be decorating the ship’s name with crayons, offering a playful variation on the traditional scenes of Disney characters painting the stern.

The ship will also be home to two new royal suites – the Royal Reef Suite themed after Disney Animation’s “The Little Mermaid” and the Royal Rose Suite, inspired by Disney Animation’s “Beauty and the Beast.” Each incorporates elegant designs with nods to both of these classic films scattered throughout.

The Disney Believe will set off on its maiden voyage in 2027. It is being assembled at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. The first “gigablock” floated out in September.

The Believe is the fourth Wish-class ship following the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure, and Disney Destiny. It’s the same size and shape, and has the same layout as its sister ships, but will have different theming.

A fifth Wish-class ship operated by Tokyo Disney Resort owners Oriental Land Company is scheduled to begin sailing out of Japan in 2029. A class of three smaller ships will launch in 2029 and 2030.
