For the uninitiated, a split stay is when a guest stays at multiple hotels on the same trip — for example, a guest with a week-long vacation might arrive on Monday and stay at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort from Monday-Thursday night, then check in at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge for Friday-Sunday night.

Now, let’s talk about another Disney World vocabulary term — bounce-back offers. Disney World will often offer guests an exclusive “bounce-back” discount for a future vacation while they’re on their current trip. The idea is that Disney wants to catch people while they’re in the middle of their magical vacation to convince them to book their next visit ASAP!
