Dale Light-Up Christmas ”Candle” Figure
©Disney
If you get this reference, you have amazing taste! If you don’t, let us introduce you to the cartoon Disney classic, Pluto’s Christmas Tree! This animated short debuted in 1952, and it follows Mickey and Pluto as they chop down their Christmas tree for the year. Unbeknownst to them, Chip ‘n Dale live inside the tree! Pluto tries to catch the chipmunks, and chaos ensues. During the commotion, Dale hides on the fireplace mantel among the candles (and steals one of their hats in the process). This is the sweetest nod to one of our favorite Christmas traditions.
